Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged within our company. Please read the listed items below:
* Sale Items (all items reduced from the original RRP price)
*Gift Cards
*Sunglasses
*Watches
* All intimate apparel including Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned whatsoever and are final sale.
We offer 10 days on exchange on your online purchase with us. This is from the date your order is received by you.
Please keep a copy of your original receipt and making sure all swing tags are attached and the item/s are in the same saleable condition as when you received them ie: no makeup, marks, spray tans, sunscreens, soiled in any way.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest that you return your item/s via Australia Post so that your items can be tracked. We accept no responsibility if your items go missing in transit.
Once we receive your item/s they will be inspected and within our returns guidelines you will then be issued with a e-credit which will be sent to your email address provided. Credit Notes are valid for 1 year from issue date. Due to our high traffic and demand on our products we don't offer holds or exchanges.
If your item does not qualify for a return, it will be sent back at your expense.
Refunds
We are not required to provide you with a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.
But you can choose between a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
If you do have a faulty item to return please call our store on 0754863099 or email us at 13beachsurf@gmail.com. If your item qualifies for a return, we will issue details for a return. When your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your return.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your item to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and shown in your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
